1:1 Personal training will maximise your results in a shorter period of time. With the sessions focused just on you, they can be customised to suit your goals. It is highly recommended to kickstart your exercise program with a 3 session Motivator Pack, especially if new to a gym.
Small group training: If you enjoy Personal Training but want to share the cost and experience with like-minded members then SGT is the way to go! More intense than classes, these are tailored 45min trainer led sessions for small groups of 4-6 people.

If you prefer a more social environment, whilst enjoying a great workout, then our X-CELL and Master Classes are a great option.
X-CELL classes are 30 minute sessions for up to 12 people that are accessed as part of an upgraded ‘Gym + Classes Membership’. Suitable for people of all fitness levels, Formats include Hiit, LAB (legs, abs, butts), Shred, Core, and Strong.
Master Classes are 45min-60min sessions led by experienced and specialised instructors who will help take your fitness to new heights. Including Bootcamps, Boxing and Weight Loss Challenges these are available for a small extra fee.

Ramia is a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach who is passionate about helping others reach their health and fitness goals.
As a Personal Trainer, her aim is to empower others to fully embrace the habit of regular exercise combined with proper nutrition to attain the positive benefits of a healthy lifestyle. She believes that exercise doesn’t have to be a daunting task, so she prides herself on making training sessions fun, challenging, educational, and most importantly effective!
As a Nutrition Coach, her aim is to help people recognise the importance of health and nourishment in order to improve their food choices. Ramia wants to support others in choosing food to meet the Australian Dietary Guidelines and empower them to assess the nutritional quality of food products by understanding nutritional labelling information.

qualified personal trainer for over 10 years. He holds a National Diploma in
Sport and Fitness and has a keen interest in powerlifting and strength
training.
