What Plus Fitness Training Studio is all about

At Plus Fitness 24/7 Padstow we know that working out on your own can sometimes be hard to stay motivated. We also know many of you are seeking extra knowledge and support to change up your workouts, and really push yourself to achieve the results you are looking for.

GOOD NEWS! Plus Fitness 24/7 Padstow have expanded to help make achieving your health and fitness goals even easier and more enjoyable! We have developed a premium assisted training space - the 'Training Studio' on the 2nd floor. This 150sqm open space is focused around functional equipment and movement for maximum results.

With a key focus on Classes and Personal Training, the Training Studio helps give our members extra support to smash their health and fitness goals. Outside of class times, members can access the space for their own functional training needs.


What Plus Fitness Training Studio is all about

GROUP CLASSES

If you prefer a more social environment, whilst enjoying a great workout, then our X-CELL and Master Classes are a great option.

X-CELL classes are 30 minute sessions for up to 12 people that are accessed as part of an upgraded ‘Gym + Classes Membership’. Suitable for people of all fitness levels, Formats include Hiit, LAB (legs, abs, butts), Shred, Core, and Strong.

Come and trial a class for FREE! Then upgrade to a Gym + Classes membership for an extra $3/week. Or you can purchase a 10 class pass for $40: perfect for our Fitness Passport members, or if you can't make it to a class every week.

Master Classes are 45min-60min sessions led by experienced and specialised instructors who will help take your fitness to new heights.  We currently offer a 6 week Bootcamp, training on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.

What Plus Fitness Training Studio is all about

PERSONAL TRAINING

1:1 Personal training will maximise your results in a shorter period of time. With the sessions focused just on you, they can be customised to suit your goals. It is highly recommended to kickstart your exercise program with a 3 session Motivator Pack, especially if new to a gym.

Small group training: If you enjoy Personal Training but want to share the cost and experience with like-minded members then SGT is the way to go! More intense than classes, these are tailored 45min trainer led sessions for small groups of 4-6 people.
