Classes on demand are member activated Virtual Classes enabling you to take a class at your convenience, whenever you choose, 24 hours a day. Choose from a range of 16 different class styles, grab a friend, grab another member or just get into it on your own!
Master Classes cover a range of group training classes such as Boot Camps, Weight Loss Challenges and Yoga. These classes do incur small charge and you can check with your local Plus Fitness to see what Master Classes they are currently running.
