Plus Fitness Open Week — Terms & Conditions
Applies to the Plus Fitness Open Week Promotion conducted from Monday 14 September to Sunday 20
September 2026 at participating Plus Fitness clubs. Open Week Packs are available until Wednesday 23
September 2026 in accordance with clause 9.
1. Promoter
1.1 Plus Fitness Pty Ltd (ABN 88 126 140 181) of registered office address 372–376 Botany
Road, Alexandria NSW 2015 (the Promoter) is the franchisor of the Plus Fitness network
and conducts this Promotion in connection with Participating Clubs, which may include both franchised
and corporate-owned clubs.
1.2 Not all Plus Fitness clubs participate in the Promotion. A list of Participating Clubs is
available at www.plusfitness.com.au/open-week throughout the Promotion Period.
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1 By registering for the Promotion, participants acknowledge they have read, understood and
agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions subject to any applicable
laws or regulatory requirements. Any amendments will take effect upon publication on the
Promoter’s website or as otherwise notified to participants. The Promoter will use reasonable
endeavours to notify Eligible Individuals and to ensure that any amendments do not materially
disadvantage participants who have already registered for the Promotion.
2.3 These Terms and Conditions will be made available at www.plusfitness.com.au throughout the
Promotion Period and will remain available for a reasonable period following the Promotion.
2.4 To the extent permitted by law, in the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and
Conditions and any promotional or advertising material, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
2.5 These Terms and Conditions are to be read together with the Membership Terms and Conditions
and the Rules of the relevant Participating Club. Where there is an inconsistency in relation to
conditions of entry, safety or conduct within a club, the Membership Terms and Conditions and the Rules
prevail.

date on which the Open Week Trial Pass was issued or activated. Open Week Trial Passes are not extended
and are not reissued.
4.5 The number of days of access available under an Open Week Trial Pass depends on the date of
registration and activation. Registering later in the Promotion Period will result in a shorter period
of access.
5. Eligibility
5.1 Participation in the Promotion is open to individuals who:
- are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the date of registration;
- are residents of Australia;
- complete the registration process in accordance with clause 6;
- nominate a Home Club; and
- otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions.

individuals who have held a Plus Fitness membership within the three (3) months immediately preceding
registration;

- any individual who has previously redeemed an Open Week Trial Pass under this Promotion.
5.3 Participation in the Promotion is limited to one (1) Open Week Trial Pass per Eligible
Individual.
5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant at any time and
may request such information or documentation as is reasonably required for that purpose. Failure to
provide the requested information may result in the participant being deemed ineligible or their Open
Week Trial Pass being cancelled.
5.5 Without limiting clause 5.4, the Promoter or a Participating Club may require an individual to
produce photographic identification confirming their date of birth before or on first entry to their
Home Club. Where identification is not produced on reasonable request, access may be refused and the
Open Week Trial Pass cancelled.

6.1 To register for the Promotion, an Eligible Individual must, during the Promotion Period:
- complete the online registration form available at www.plusfitness.com.au/open-week;

with the instructions provided, and during the Promotion Period, before accessing their Home Club.
6.4 Before first using the facilities of a Home Club, an Eligible Individual must complete any
pre-exercise form required under the Membership Terms and Conditions.
6.5 An Open Week Trial Pass:
- is issued only to the registered Eligible Individual;

- provides access only to the Home Club nominated during registration; and
-
is subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Membership Terms and Conditions and the Rules.
6.6 The Promoter may reject, refuse or cancel a registration where it reasonably determines that:
-
the individual is not an Eligible Individual, including where the individual is under eighteen (18)
years of age;
- false, misleading or incomplete information has been provided;
- multiple registrations have been submitted in breach of these Terms and Conditions; or
- the registration otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

normal operating procedures and the Rules; and
-
will automatically expire at the end of the Trial Period, being 11:59pm (local time) on Sunday, 20
September 2026.
7.3 The Open Week Trial Pass has no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged or transferred.
7.4 An Open Week Trial Pass is not a membership. Registration for the Promotion does not create a
membership agreement, does not require payment of any fee, and will not automatically convert to a
membership on expiry of the Trial Period.
7.5 Where a Home Club ceases to participate in the Promotion, closes, or is otherwise unable to
provide access during the Trial Period, the Promoter may nominate an alternative Participating Club as
the Home Club or cancel the Open Week Trial Pass. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to notify

- the Membership Terms and Conditions;
- the Rules;
- all reasonable directions provided by club team members; and
- all applicable health and safety requirements.
8.2 The Promoter or a Participating Club may refuse, suspend or cancel an Open Week Trial Pass
where:
- false or misleading information has been provided;
- fraudulent or inappropriate conduct is identified;
- the Membership Terms and Conditions have been breached;
- these Terms and Conditions have been breached; or
- access cannot reasonably be provided for operational, technical or safety reasons.
9. Open Week Packs
9.1 During the Pack Availability Period, individuals who purchase a new Plus Fitness membership at
a Participating Club may receive one (1) Open Week Pack, subject to availability.
9.2 Open Week Packs are available in connection with a new membership purchased during either the
Promotion or the Plus Fitness 4 Weeks Free Promotion conducted from Monday, 21 September to Wednesday,
23 September 2026.
9.3 Open Week Packs are limited to the first fifty (50) eligible recipients at each Participating
Club and are available on a first come, first served basis while stocks last. The limit of fifty (50)
is a single total allocation for the whole of the Pack Availability Period and does not reset between
the Promotion and the Plus Fitness 4 Weeks Free Promotion. Once a Participating Club has distributed
its allocation, no further Open Week Packs will be available at that club.
9.4 Open Week Packs are limited to one (1) per new membership.
9.5 Open Week Packs are available in connection with the purchase of a new membership only, and
are not conditional on holding an Open Week Trial Pass. Individuals under eighteen (18) years of age
may purchase a membership at a Participating Club in accordance with the Membership Terms and
Conditions, including any parent or guardian approval and conditions of entry that apply, and remain
eligible to receive an Open Week Pack.
9.6 Each Open Week Pack has a recommended retail value of AUD $50 and contains:
- one (1) drawstring bag (RRP AUD $15);
- one (1) sticker sheet (RRP AUD $5);
- one (1) microfibre towel (RRP AUD $15); and
- one (1) protein shaker (RRP AUD $15).
9.7 Open Week Packs are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other
benefit. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any item included in an Open Week Pack with an
item of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.
9.8 Where a membership purchased during the Pack Availability Period is cancelled within the
cooling-off period provided for in the Membership Terms and Conditions, the Promoter or the relevant
Participating Club may require the return of the Open Week Pack or recovery of its value.
10. Privacy and Marketing

disclosing their Personal Information for the purposes of:
- administering the Promotion;
- verifying eligibility, including age;
- issuing, activating and managing the Open Week Trial Pass;
- providing access to the participant’s nominated Home Club;
-
communicating with participants regarding their registration, Open Week Trial Pass and participation
in the Promotion;
- administering any membership enquiries arising from the Promotion; and

10.2 The Promoter may disclose a participant’s Personal Information to:
- the participant’s nominated Home Club;
- the Promoter’s related bodies corporate;
-
service providers engaged to administer the Promotion or provide digital access credentials; and
- other third parties where required or authorised by law.
10.3 All Personal Information collected, used and retained in connection with the Promotion will
be handled in accordance with the Plus Fitness Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and
Conditions. The Privacy Policy is available at www.plusfitness.com.au.
10.4 If a participant does not provide the Personal Information reasonably requested by the
Promoter, the participant may be unable to register for the Promotion, receive an Open Week Trial Pass
or participate in the Promotion.
10.5 Where a participant has provided their express consent, given separately from their
acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter and the participant’s nominated Home Club
may use the participant’s Personal Information to send marketing communications, membership
offers and other promotional material. Participants may withdraw their consent or unsubscribe at any
time using the unsubscribe facility provided or by contacting the Promoter.
10.6 Nothing in this clause limits any rights a participant has under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
or other applicable privacy laws.
11. Disputes
11.1 Any disputes or complaints arising out of or in connection with the Promotion must be
submitted in writing to [email protected] within twenty-eight (28) days of the dispute arising or
becoming known to the participant.
11.2 The Promoter may, in resolving a dispute:
- request additional information;
- determine appropriate remedies or corrective measures; and
- set reasonable deadlines for resolution.
11.3 Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any right a participant has to make a complaint to
a regulator, to seek a remedy available under law, or to pursue any other avenue of dispute resolution
available to them.
12. Liability and Assumption of Risk
12.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee,
right or remedy available under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable
legislation.
12.2 Participants acknowledge that attendance at a club and use of its facilities and equipment
involves a risk of injury. The acknowledgements, assumption of risk, release and indemnity provisions
of the Membership Terms and Conditions apply to a participant’s attendance at and use of a Home
Club under an Open Week Trial Pass as if the participant were a member.
12.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss,
damage, injury or disappointment arising from participation in the Promotion, except where liability
cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. General
13.1 Failure by the Promoter to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be
deemed a waiver of that provision or of the Promoter’s rights.
13.2 The Promoter reserves all rights and remedies available to it at law or in equity. The
exercise of any right or remedy does not preclude the exercise of any other right or remedy.
13.3 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, unenforceable or
illegal, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and
effect.
13.4 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement in relation to the Promotion and
supersede all prior agreements, understandings and representations relating to the Promotion.
13.5 The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under
these Terms and Conditions where such delay or failure is due to causes beyond its reasonable control,
including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, labour disputes, cyberattacks or government
actions.
13.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State or Territory in which the
participant’s Home Club is located. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of that State or Territory.
13.7 Nothing in clause 13.6 limits or excludes any right or remedy a participant has under the law
of the State or Territory in which they reside or in which their Home Club is located, including under
any applicable fair trading legislation or industry code.
