Plus Fitness Alexander Heights is the only 247 Gym in the local area, that is an Australian Owned franchise fully owner operated. It offers 247 access, which means you can work out any time on any day, as many times as you like. We're conveniently located in Alexander Heights Shopping Centre (next to Domino's Pizza). We strongly feel that members should be in control of their memberships! Plus Fitness AH 247 gym provides a welcoming environment for everyone regardless of your prior experience/level. We are super passionate about health & wellness and love sharing our experience & knowledge with our members.

Our Staffed hours & enquiries:

MON-THU: 8.30am-11.30am , 3pm-7.30pm.
FRIDAY: 8.30am-12pm
SATURDAY: 8.30am-1pm.
