+ Pilates Matwork

Matwork pilates relies on the use of body weight for resistance to tone, strengthen and build stamina.
Aside from a mat, zero equipment is needed. This makes Mat Pilates the most accessible form of pilates.
Mat Pilates is easily adapted to all ages and fitness levels, and focuses on enhancing flexibility, increasing mind-body connection, full-body toning, improving posture and reducing stress.

+ Move

Move focuses on functional strength training, encompassing elements of coordination and balance to increase overall fitness, muscular strength and improve muscular imbalance.

+ Yoga Hatha

Hatha Yoga focuses on moving your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, whilst at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.

60 minutes duration

+ Yoga Flow

Yoga flow is a class for all levels and ages, focusing on alignment and biomechanics.
Discover your balance, inner strength and fortitude while flowing with your breath.
Find your zen with a mix of traditional yoga poses, strength, stretch, mobility and relaxation.

+ H.I.I.T

High-intensity interval training class.

It's a fast-paced and intense workout that combines bursts of high-intensity exercises with short periods of rest.
You'll perform as series of functional based exercises using various equipment including battle ropes, kettlebells, slam balls, and various cardio equipment. This class aims to improve your agility and cardiovascular fitness, boost your energy and burn calories in an efficient 45 minute format.
All fitness and experience levels are welcome.

+ Strength

Strength Circuit class is designed to help you build muscle, increase strength and improve overall functional fitness.
In this class you'll move through a series of stations, each targeting different muscle groups and using various equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and more. It is a challenging and dynamic workout that can be adapted to suit all fitness levels and experience.

45 minutes duration

Classes are an additional service to memberships and attract the following payment:

Members- $7.50 per 45 min class, $10 per 60 min class, Weekly Class Pass $35

Non-members- $15 per casual class, Weekly Class Pass $45

Bookings can be made via the Plus Fitness Portal or in advance by calling Plus Fitness Blaxland Reception.
Please arrive in prompt timing to sign into and make payments for the class and warm up for your session.
Spaces are strictly limited, with bookings closing 30 minutes prior to the scheduled class.

Plus Fitness Blaxland maintains a high standard of cleaning, hygiene and safety protocols which includes;

  • Hand sanitiser stations.
  • Equipment sanitising stations with disinfectant wipes.
  • Plus, our staff implement our stringent cleaning protocols across the day

We are also asking our members to do their part to keep the gym hygienic and safe by;

  • Washing your hands or using the hand sanitiser provided before and after you train
  • Using a towel on all equipment and if you have forgotten your towel to either purchase one or return later once you have one
  • Wiping down the equipment after use
  • If you are not feeling well, remembering it is Ok to skip a training day

Memberships are available from 14+ years. If a member between the ages 14-17 years old, a parent consent form must be complete within the club to verify.

Fitness Passport Memberships

Plus Fitness Blaxland accepts all Fitness passport memberships.


All new members are required to complete sign up forms at our reception and purchase an access card for $59 with an activation fee of $29, to provide regular entry into our gyms.

All members under the age of 18, including Youth members (14-15yrs) must complete additional consent forms with their parents/guardians to complete the sign up process.

As of 1st June 2023, all Fitness Passport members must scan in at least one visit per 12 weeks to avoid deactivation of membership within all Plus Fitness Clubs. To reactivate a membership will result in a $29 charge on signing back up.

Additionally, as Fitness Passport is a casual basis membership, we offer initial 30 minute personal training sessions for $29.
Regular personal training coaching will incur further charges, depending on the trainer hired.

Plus Fitness Blaxland is accessible 24 Hours - 7 Days a week to all Members over the age of 16 years.

Members 14/15 years can attend within staffed hours.

Monday to Saturday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Monday to Thursday 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm
