He has worked with everyone from everyday gym members in rehab and longevity to NRLW, NPL1, and Australian Flag Football athletes preparing for the LA 2028 Olympics.As an athlete, Jayden spent time in senior high-performance rugby league units at the Canterbury Bulldogs and went on to represent his country in multiple international test matches. In CrossFit, he has ranked among the top 30 fittest males in Australia, qualified for the CrossFit Games Semi-Finals twice — 2021 as part of a team and 2023 as an individual — and competed at the 2023 Madrid Championships as an Elite Individual.Jayden oversees the entire Botany Fitness facility, including Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Botany, Train AERO, and Plus Fitness Botany as-well as leading the Kids/Youth S&amp;C programs. He remains hands-on with both members and parents, navigating any managerial needs with approachability and professionalism.
