Hi! My name is Michael, I am a qualified personal trainer. I have been on my own fitness journey for 7 years now, having gained significant knowledge on nutrition and training to target fat loss and muscle growth.
My main goal as a PT is to equip my clients with the tools and knowledge that they need to live a healthier and happier life.
My training background is primarily focused on bodybuilding, having competed in several bodybuilding competitions, however I firmly believe that strength is another crucial factor to my goals. My best lifts are:
Bench Press 120kg
The main attribute to my clients success will always be their level of discipline. However, through knowledge, education, and support, they are able to take their training to the next level.
