John has an extensive history in the athletic world. John's passion is in group classes such as the Plus Performance classes he runs at 5.45am and 9.15am Monday to Friday at our club. Some of his achievements include:

Sebastian is a results-orientated Personal Trainer, Exercise Scientist and Football coach. He wants to leverage his cutting-edge knowledge in fitness, biomechanics, rehabilitation and performance, to assist you in achieving your health and fitness goals fast, efficiently and injury free. His attention to form and detail ensures that your training is not only safe but optimal. If you're struggling to reach your goals or are looking to enhance and upgrade your current training, Sebastian is your personal trainer!
