Hi! My name’s Tee, I’m a Qualified Personal Trainer & Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach.
I haven’t always been involved in health and fitness. A few years ago, I was quite unhappy with how I looked and felt. Thus, prompting my research, trials and tribulations with my own health & fitness. Going through all the diets, fads, training styles etc, I was able to lose 10kgs. At first, I did everything for my own benefit and knowledge. After I lost the weight, I felt great both mentally and physically, I was able to relay the information that I gathered to help those around me. Helping people reach their goals and seeing the transformations sparked my interest to become a Personal Trainer. I went through all the struggles of finding what works and what doesn’t work so you don’t have to.
