Classes on Demand allows you to take a class whenever you choose, 24/7 with friends or on your own. Simply select your favourite class from over 16 styles using our touch screen class kiosk and enjoy a great rang of classes including yoga, indoor cycling to high intensity aerobics. I began my journey at 120kgs, and I was able to lose 50kgs. Through my own journey, I struggled a lot with yo-yo diets and tried every ‘fad’ you can think of. I have come to learn that there is no 'quick fix' to better health, it’s a lifestyle. Almost 6 years on I can say that fitness has become my life and I love exploring the different varieties it has to offer, I have taken an interest in powerlifting and strength training.
I believe that being fit shouldn’t be a sacrifice but rather once you change your mindset around it and discover the joys of developing a healthy lifestyle you will be gaining a happier, confident, and stronger version of yourself. I care about my clients, there’s nothing more important to me than helping somebody go through their own journey of creating a better life for themselves.
I have changed my favorite weekend activities from sitting on the couch, eating junk food, and watching Netflix to exploring this beautiful city with my dog, hiking boots, and a camera.
The reason I describe myself as being a coach and not just a personal trainer is that I am not here to just count your reps but rather to educate and guide you step by step on how to get to your goals

I've been on my own fitness journey for the past 6 years, gaining lean muscle mass, strength, losing fat, and competing in powerlifting.
I have been under the guidance of some of the best coaches in Australia in the pursuit of building my physique and starting my powerlifting career. Along this journey, it has sparked a passion to give the gift of health & fitness through personal experience and knowledge over the years.
Now fully qualified, I am able to teach others how they can smash their fitness goals just like I did.
