    Exercise classes at Hocking

    Master Classes

    Plus Fitness Master Classes, offer you as a member, at a small additional charge, access to a great range of specialised classes. These include programs such as Pilates, Boxing, Boot Camps and weight loss challenges. Master Classes are led by experienced and specialised instructors who will help take your fitness to new heights and keep you nice and motivated. From $7.50 per class

    X-CELL Classes

    X-CELL Classes are short 30 minute sessions that are included as part of a gym and classes membership here at Plus Fitness. X-CELL classes are a great way to socialise with other members and achieve your fitness goals while being motivated by qualified fitness professionals as you train. Our X-CELL classes cater to any fitness level in groups of four to twelve people.

    Classes on Demand allows you to take a class whenever you choose, 24/7 with friends or on your own. Simply select your favourite class from over 16 styles using our touch screen class kiosk and enjoy a great rang of classes including yoga, indoor cycling to high intensity aerobics.
