Joey is the PT Manager & Head Coach here at Manly.
He is Qualified in Weight Loss & Toning, Hypertrophy and Strength & Conditioning and Performance Nutrition Level 2 .
Along with qualifications he has been part of many seminars including Mark Carrol, Wolfgang Unsold, Dan Garner & Rohan Reid 4 x Mr Aus.
Joey is well known for his 12 Week Challenges and his ability to get results for all walks of life.
Ben is a Highly Qualified Personal Trainer and Life Coach, Specialising in Nutrition and Functional Movement. A Sports Science Graduate, Ben has also completed Nutrition Diploma and is a qualified Life Coach & NLP Practitioner.
Ben's Methods have gained him high praise within the industry as he really understands his clients needs & incorporates this into real life results for his clients.
Katie is a Qualified Personal Trainer with expertise in Weight loss and Cardiovascular exercise. Katie is a competitive athlete in Endurance and Obstacle Races and trains her clients to be the best they can.
Katie Loves a challenge and is known for keeping her clients accountable.
Zac is a Great All rounder with qualifications in Weightloss, Nutrition and general health and well being. Along with being a Level 1 Wellness Coach, he has completed his Rehab Trainer Masterclass.
Zac loves to keep people accountable and seeing personal achievements with his clients. His results speak for themselves.
Michele is a high Energy no excuses Trainer. Qualified in Fitness training for weight loss and Toning and also Combat training. If you are up for a challenge Michele gets the Results
Petrina is a results based PT who can speak truths about diets & nutrition along with the correct exercise plan for each individual. Being a Competitor herself she knows the hard work involved. So if you are after general fitness and toning all the way through to Comp Prep, Petrina has you covered.

I've been at this gym for 15 years and it is the best environment and gym, with the best equipment. All the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Classes are always challenging and so much fun.
