Classes on Demand allows you to take a class whenever you choose, 24/7 with friends or on your own. Simply select your favourite class from over 16 styles using our touch screen class kiosk and enjoy a great rang of classes including yoga, indoor cycling to high intensity aerobics. With our Classes on Demand there really is a class to suit everyone and whenever it suits your busy lifestyle. Take a class and feel the difference!
Plus Fitness Master Classes, offer you as a member, at a small additional charge, access to a great range of specialised classes. These include programs such as Pilates, Boxing, Boot Camps and weight loss challenges. Master Classes are led by experienced and specialised instructors who will help take your fitness to new heights and keep you nice and motivated. From $7.50 per class

I have always been around fitness. I first got into fighting when I was 16 and got more serious training (kickboxing, Brazilian JiuJitsu and mma) about 4 years ago, before deciding to make Personal Training my career. Fitness pretty much saved my life. I, like a lot of people, battle a range of mental health issues and training allows me to manage this everyday.
I especially like to do functional training. I also like exercises that switch on the central nervous system (make you think a little) and love plyometric training/explosive power. I'm also just about to complete my training in boxing with sports conditioning and kickboxing with metabolic conditioning."
