X-CELL classes are a great way to socialise with other members and achieve your fitness goals while being motivated by qualified fitness professionals as you train. Our X-CELL classes cater to any fitness level in groups of four to twelve people.
Classes on Demand allows you to take a class whenever you choose, 24/7 with friends or on your own. Simply select your favourite class from over 16 styles using our touch screen class kiosk and enjoy a great rang of classes including yoga, indoor cycling to high intensity aerobics. With our Classes on Demand there really is a class to suit everyone and whenever it suits your busy lifestyle. Take a class and feel the difference!
Plus Fitness Master Classes, offer you as a member, at a small additional charge, access to a great range of specialised classes. These include programs such as Pilates, Boxing, Boot Camps and weight loss challenges. Master Classes are led by experienced and specialised instructors who will help take your fitness to new heights and keep you nice and motivated. From $7.50 per class

My name is Simone Prestini and I will be your right hand on your journey to change your life.
I am a qualified personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and chef. With my experience and knowledge about food and fitness I guide my clients and friends to better choices for their life.
Why I do what I do:
As a kid I never really got sick: physically or mentally. I’ve been taught that being physically strong is the precursor for mental health. Exercise/play everyday and eat well. (I was lucky growing up there were no fast foods and I ate what my parents would have prepared at home). Being raised that way I took well-being for granted. But growing up, travelling and getting exposed to different cultures, I realized that not everyone has the same opportunity.
I know that being active, and fueling my body well, is the key to a happy and healthy lifestyle. I now give the same opportunity to my clients and friends by guiding and supporting them in their own health and wellbeing journey.
