What Plus Fitness Mill Park provides you

We are reopening 9am on Monday 9th November and we can’t wait to see you back in the gym soon!

 

There will initially be a few changes to the way we train and interact with one of these being a cap on the number of members allowed in the gym at one time during Stage 2 restriction easing. This shouldn’t be an issue though as we have put a system in place to manage this which allows us to still be open 24 hours a day!

 

To help us ensure everyone gets a chance to train, we do ask that you to keep your workouts to 30 minutes during peak times, thank you!

 

It is important to know that not everything has changed! We are still the same gym, still the same team, and we are just as excited as always to see you!

 

Something else that hasn’t changed is that your wellbeing and safety is very important to us so we have implemented a range of increased cleaning and hygiene protocols at the gym which include;

ü  Hand sanitiser stations.

ü  Equipment sanitising stations with disinfectant sprays and wipes.

ü  Social distancing signs;

ü  Plus, our staff implementing our stringent cleaning protocols across the day.

 

We are also asking our members to do their part to keep the gym hygienic and safe by;

ü  Washing your hands or using hand sanitiser before and after you train,

ü  Using a towel on all equipment.

ü  Wiping down the equipment after use.

ü  Practising social distancing, and;

ü  If you are not feeling well, remembering it’s OK to skip a training day!

    X-CELL Classes are short 30 minute sessions that are included as part of a gym and classes membership here at Plus Fitness. X-CELL classes are a great way to socialise with other members and achieve your fitness goals while being motivated by qualified fitness professionals as you train. Our X-CELL classes cater to any fitness level in groups of four to twelve people.

    Classes on Demand allows you to take a class whenever you choose, 24/7 with friends or on your own. Simply select your favourite class from over 16 styles using our touch screen class kiosk and enjoy a great rang of classes including yoga, indoor cycling to high intensity aerobics. With our Classes on Demand there really is a class to suit everyone and whenever it suits your busy lifestyle. Take a class and feel the difference!
