Lauren is a fantastic and Motivating Personal Trainer who really believes in helping everyone achieve their health and fitness goals no matter how big or small they are. Lauren has been actively working within the Fitness industry since 2013 and specialises in Heavy Lifting, Hypertrophy and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Along with Lauren's vast knowledge of health and fitness she firmly believes that 'Thinking about doing something and actually trying to do it are two very different things, and they create two very different outcomes.
