X-CELL Classes are short 30 minute sessions that are included as part of a gym and classes membership here at Plus Fitness. X-CELL classes are a great way to socialise with other members and achieve your fitness goals while being motivated by qualified fitness professionals as you train. Our X-CELL classes cater to any fitness level in groups of four to twelve people.
Plus Fitness Master Classes, offer you as a member, at a small additional charge, access to a great range of specialised classes. These include programs such as Pilates, Boxing, Boot Camps and weight loss challenges. Master Classes are led by experienced and specialised instructors who will help take your fitness to new heights and keep you nice and motivated. From $7.50 per class
Classes on Demand allows you to take a class whenever you choose, 24/7 with friends or on your own. Simply select your favourite class from over 16 styles using our touch screen class kiosk and enjoy a great rang of classes including yoga, indoor cycling to high intensity aerobics. With our Classes on Demand there really is a class to suit everyone and whenever it suits your busy lifestyle. Take a class and feel the difference!

Hey everyone! My name is Effie and I’m originally from Scotland. I moved here 8 years ago with my family to pursue a healthier lifestyle, rich with opportunities- and of course, to finally see some sun! I went on to gain my fitness qualifications at the Australian Institute of Fitness at the fresh age of 17, and have been in the industry ever since.
I’ve always been interested in health as a whole, how your fitness, nutrition, mindset and lifestyle really are the makeup blocks for how someone lives their life. This lead me down the path of fitness and now I would never look back. I love helping people learn the tools they need to overcome challenges, and seeing them grow from it. For me, to be able to be part of that type of positive change is incredibly fulfilling. It’s such a benefit that it’s also so much fun!
I am particularly passionate about empowering those of us who struggle to find balance in our lives. In the past I have struggled with it myself. I find the psychology of it very interesting and now love to pass on what I have learned by coaching people on how to build and sustain healthy habits, build their confidence up&love their body no matter what. I believe that these topics can sometimes serve as barriers to reaching our health and fitness potential, and we are all worth the effort it takes to achieve your goals.
