Plus Performance specialises in high-intensity and personalised Group Fitness Training using specialised Func-tional Training Style equipment to assist members of any fitness level perform better in their everyday lives. Members will be immersed in a variety of functional and foundational fitness styles benefiting from high-quality fitness programming in an intimate, personalised and specialised studio environment. Plus Performance provides a higher level of service than and support during our 45 – 60-minute performance sessions, utilising specialised functional equipment range not normally available to members with a standard gym membership. Performance Studios offer a range of up to 10 different fitness class styles, such as Primal, Move, Flow, Strong and HiiT classes just to name a few. Some Plus Performance Studios will offer members a select range of *Master Classes such as Yoga, Pilates and Boxing which aim to provide a well-rounded choice of effective fitness training guaranteed to get results.
