X-CELL Classes are short 30 minute sessions that are included as part of a gym and classes membership here at Plus Fitness. X-CELL classes are a great way to socialise with other members and achieve your fitness goals while being motivated by qualified fitness professionals as you train. Our X-CELL classes cater to any fitness level in groups of four to twelve people.
Plus Fitness Master Classes, offer you as a member, at a small additional charge, access to a great range of specialised classes. These include programs such as Pilates, Boxing, Boot Camps and weight loss challenges. Master Classes are led by experienced and specialised instructors who will help take your fitness to new heights and keep you nice and motivated. From $7.50 per class
Classes on Demand allows you to take a class whenever you choose, 24/7 with friends or on your own. Simply select your favourite class from over 16 styles using our touch screen class kiosk and enjoy a great rang of classes including yoga, indoor cycling to high intensity aerobics. With our Classes on Demand there really is a class to suit everyone and whenever it suits your busy lifestyle. Take a class and feel the difference!

Luke has been working with Functional Health for over 2yrs at both the Biggera Waters and Broadbeach practices. Luke has developed a close relationship with Plus Fitness, their personal trainers and their clients. Luke treats a variety of injuries and conditions, and has a special interest in working with athletes of all levels.
Over the last few years Luke has been a committed and very hands on physiotherapist with Gold Coast Eagles Rugby. In that time he has built a strong relationship with the club and the local Southport community. Click here to book your appointment.
Paul has a keen interest in keeping our ageing population as active as possible; He is a firm advocate for the use of movement as medicine to help people with a range of chronic conditions. Paul embodies a passion for strength and conditioning training, in particularly when related to competitive sports. He has an extensive background in Rugby Union, teamed with both an undergraduate and postgraduate degree that has earned him a wealth of experience in injury prevention and management along with S&C for performance.
