Plus Fitness Master Classes, offer you as a member, at a small additional charge, access to a great range of specialised classes. These include programs such as Pilates, Boxing, Boot Camps and weight loss challenges. Master Classes are led by experienced and specialised instructors who will help take your fitness to new heights and keep you nice and motivated. From $7.50 per class
X-CELL Classes are short 30 minute sessions that are included as part of a gym and classes membership here at Plus Fitness. X-CELL classes are a great way to socialise with other members and achieve your fitness goals while being motivated by qualified fitness professionals as you train. Our X-CELL classes cater to any fitness level in groups of four to twelve people.
Classes on Demand allows you to take a class whenever you choose, 24/7 with friends or on your own. Simply select your favourite class from over 16 styles using our touch screen class kiosk and enjoy a great rang of classes including yoga, indoor cycling to high intensity aerobics. With our Classes on Demand there really is a class to suit everyone and whenever it suits your busy lifestyle. Take a class and feel the difference!

I’m a Personal trainer owner of #KP Fitness who prides himself on getting the best results for clients, taking action with working towards the clients goals and needs, and backing it up with the positive results.
I served 6 years in the Royal NZ Navy prior moving over to Perth with my family back in 2012.
Not many people get to wake up each day and say they love what they do for a living, I have a strong passion for my job. Other then P.T I enjoy playing various sports and giving back by fundraising for various charities through my fitness. Back in November 2016 I raised over $15,000 for Cancer Council W.A and completed Guinness World record for Burpee’s in 12 hours (7219) previously held by Lee Ryan (6800).

I’ve never joined a gym in my life but glad I made the choice to join this one. All the staff are great and are happy to help at all times. The members are also so welcoming, definitely made me feel comfortable for a first timer.
