The Concecao Brothers, Patrick and Brandon opened their first Plus Fitness Franchise located in Blacktown, in Sydney’s West back in December 2011 and haven’t looked back since! This successful team went on to open their second Plus Fitness located in Arndell Park in February 2014 and today have opened their third Plus Fitness franchise located in Kings Park, also in Sydney’s West.

Brandon and Patrick have always run their Plus Fitness gyms with a level of passion, determination and commitment which has helped path the way to their success.
