Plus Fitness locations continue to pop up around regional New South Wales as the brand expands its reach outside of Greater Sydney. The latest addition is Plus Fitness Medowie which opened on Monday! Located approximately 34 km by road north of Newcastle, not far from the RAAF Base Williamtown, and is home to many of the personnel stationed there.
