Meet our personal trainers
Georgina has a Double degree in Exercise and Sports Science and Environmental and Spatial Design. She is also a qualified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and Bootybarre instructor. She has a background in
training for and competing in Rhythmic Gymnastics, Ballet and Rock Climbing.
This training has given her a wide range of knowledge and has enhanced her
love of what stretch and mobility training can do for the body.
She also specialises
in functional training, working to give clients a lean and athletic body for
Georgina is available for one on one or small group personal training.
Isabelle has been around sport and fitness all her life, playing almost every sport under the sun growing up. The last 10 years she has focused more of her time playing Floorball and currently represents Australia in the National Women's Floorball Team, which allows her to travel the world playing a sport that is cross between Indoor and Ice Hockey. She has spent the last 4 years at University studying and now holds a Bachelor in Exercise Sport Science and a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Isabelle hopes to use her knowledge both from studies and through her own experience as an athlete to help guide individuals through their fitness journey
Mark played football and competed in athletics and swimming at school but it was never really of keen interest to him. It wasn’t until he left school and took up regular gym training that his passion for fitness began. Whilst studying Information Technology at University and battling clinical depression he noticed what a profound difference exercise made to his mood and mental health. After gaining qualification as a personal trainer at TAFE and working for several years he decided to complete the qualifications necessary to become an exercise physiologist in the hope of helping people the way exercise helped him. One of Mark’s favourite ways to keep fit is boxing having competed when he was younger but also enjoys running, rowing and resistance training.
Growing up as a horse rider and playing just about every sport that is out there, Jess got into fitness when she needed to travel around WA for athletics and only then realised how important it is, which is why she decided to become a Personal Trainer. “I’ve chosen to focus more on football this year, however I am injury prone and therefore very understandable when it comes to having major setbacks and the rehabilitation journey to get back to where you once were”.
She is very passionate towards mental health and helping anyone that has had any setbacks to get them back on the right track.” I would be happy to help anyone any age or size to reach their goals and live a happier/healthy life”.

As regular users of the centre, we love the range of classes and equipment that is available. The staff keep the centre very clean and we find it a very comfortable place to exercise as everyone is made to feel welcome.

The staff are super friendly and very easy going which makes for a great place to work out. In addition, the equipment is clean and well maintained. If you are looking for a local gym, we can highly recommend Plus Fitness in Nedlands. Thanks guys
